Just 30 - 40 minutes, two to three times a week, at our Gosport Gym, combined with a sensible eating programme will produce noticeable improvements in your appearance and zest for life.
The 30 Day Programme uses as its foundation a three part-approach to exercise:
1. Cardiovascular exercise to improve the heart, lungs and circulation.
2. Strength training to improve muscle function, metabolism and shape.
3. Flexibility to improve range of motion.
The Personal Goal Profile - is completed by you and provides a general impression of your mindset and what you wish to achieve. This will assist your Fitness Leader in determining your needs and help them programme accordingly when devising an exercise programme, after your 30-day orientation.

Here at Miracles we will evaluate your ability to respond to endurance activity by conducting a “Steady State Evaluation”. This will be carried out on your first visit and monthly thereafter, to highlight improvements in your fitness levels and to set a new workload for the following 30 days.read more
